Social Media Changed My Life and It Can Change Your Brand

As a recent college graduate from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Criminology and Law, I never thought that I would be a content creator and working with social media. After making a couple viral fashion videos through tiktok I began to share my lifestyle through vlogs, morning routines, and visually appealing edits. These videos primarily consist of health and fitness, surfing, fashion, and lifestyle videos.

Alongside content creation, I also organically created a surfing community using not only my own traction, but social media trends and appealing videos. This community has boasted over 20+ events, with more than 100+ of southern califonia's youth and young adults. The community has grown to sell over 500+ pieces of merch, has hosted a prom for the kids who never received one because of covid, and has executed many homeless outreaches. It is currently in the process of becoming a non-profit organization.

Since then, I have found a love for content creation, helping people and brands grow, and sharing my lifestyle in an entertaining way. I believe that social media is the most powerful tool to build a brand and can quite possibly change someones life, after all- it did for me, and i'd love for it to do the same for you!

Organically Created

In the summer of 2020 I, alongside two friends, created a Christian Surf Community called Kooks for Christ. Our goal of the community was to provide a safe place where indiviudals regardless of surfing skill, race, & background, can feel welcomed and get connected.

Our very first event was just 3 guys and one friend who drove 3 hours to surf with us! Thats when we realized that people need this! I then created a couple aesthetically pleasing videos of our surf adventures and posted to tiktok and before you knew it there was 40+ people at our first bonfire. Using my knowledge of social media and trends I continued to manage socials and create. 40 people soon grew to 80 and 80 soon grew to 100 !

It was then when I realized how impactful social media is if used right, and I want to continue to help brand's discover that.
